How To Make Water Icing

I discovered this when i baked my first cuppy
This method is less on money
as it doesn't include the egg white
Which would ofcz save cost ehee :)

You will need:

Extra equipment:

a bowl
icing syringe
a mixer

Ingredients:

100 g (4 oz) icing sugar
1-2 tbsp of hot water
food colouring

Tips:

Use blue, yellow and red colourant to create the custom color.

To make:

1. Sift the icing sugar into the bowl.

2. Add 1-2 tbsp of hot water and mix until you have a smooth thick paste.

3. Add one or two drops of food colouring if you want coloured icing.

4. Spoon the icing into the icing syringe and decorate it.
